Comfy master bedroom with private bathroom. Location near DC for fun or work. 1. if the customer wants to bring pets, it has to be told to the host prior booking. Extra cleaning fee may be charged depending on the type and size of the pet. 2. Kitchen is shared. Please clean and wash all used dishes. No food is provided during stay. 3. No smoking inside 4. One towel is provided every 2 days. 5. Shampoo and body wash are provided. The space Kitchen and Refrigerator is shared. Open Parking space available. No garage parking.
