The space Mountain Green - 2E3 **Please Read**IMPORTANT BUILDING WIDE INFORMATION: Building 3 will be having Roof Construction all Summer in 2025 Building 1 & 2 will be having Construction on the air system, hallways and fire and sprinkler system inside and outside of the buildings. Mountain Green Amenities: Amenities will be Open everyday 9AM to 9PM The amenities are managed and controlled by the Mountain Green property management team. Vacasa will do their best to provide updates as we are notified. Enjoy your next family ski-cation at this comfortable condo that offers the best of everything! Prepare meals in your full kitchen, kick back outside and enjoy the views from your furnished balcony, or head out and sample the many on-site amenities including a dry spa, racquetball court, gift shop, and so much more! What's nearby: Mountain Green Resort is just a short distance from Snowshed Base Lodge, the Killington Tubing Park, and the Mountain Green Ski & Golf Resort, ensuring there's plenty to do nearby no matter the season! In warmer weather, enjoy the many hiking trails the area has to offer, or rent a mountain bike for a spectacular, scenic ride. And for dining options, take a drive along Killington Road to find everything from sports bars to sushi. Things to know This building will undergo roof construction from May 6, 2024, until October 31, 2024, and scaffolding will begin going up around Building 2 on May 6, 2024. We request guests be careful of the scaffolding and not approach it. The balcony will not be useable during summer construction, though a sheet of plywood will be placed across the slider for you to open for light and airflow. Work hours are typically from 7:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. on weekdays (evening/weekend work may occur). There may also be times when the construction company will need access to your vacation rental (you will be contacted ahead of time). No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 5. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
