Mountain Green Amenities: Amenities will be Open everyday 9AM to 9PM The amenities are managed and controlled by the Mountain Green property management team. What's nearby: Mountain Green Resort is just a short distance from Snowshed Base Lodge, the Killington Tubing Park, and the Mountain Green Ski & Golf Resort, ensuring there's plenty to do nearby no matter the season! In warmer weather, enjoy the many hiking trails the area has to offer, or rent a mountain bike for a spectacular, scenic ride. And for dining options, take a drive along Killington Road to find everything from sports bars to sushi. Things to know This building will undergo roof construction from May 6, 2024, until October 31, 2024, and scaffolding will begin going up around Building 2 on May 6, 2024. We request guests be careful of the scaffolding and not approach it. The balcony will not be useable during summer construction, though a sheet of plywood will be placed across the slider for you to open for light and airflow. Work hours are typically from 7:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. on weekdays (evening/weekend work may occur). There may also be times when the construction company will need access to your vacation rental (you will be contacted ahead of time). No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 5. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
