LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! 1400+ sqft family-friendly 3bed/3bath townhouse w/2 new decks, 1/2 block from downtown Frisco restaurants, local shops and FREE BUS to Colorado’s best ski resorts. The unit is stocked with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. Each bedroom has its own bath. The kitchen and living space are great for old school family battles of Uno, Monopoly and other classics. (Not to worry, we also have WiFi and flat screen TV’s for modern competitors). The space We are excited to open our doors to your group! Our 4-story townhome is ideal for groups up to 10 guests (6 adults max). We have 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a pull-out sofa bed in the living area. Parking on-site for standard size vehicles. Accessed on ground level. Bedrooms are on separate floors with their own bath. Pack n play is stored in the bunkbed room. Twin over full bunkbed on floor 3. The main living space is on floor 2. Flat-screen SMART TV's are located in the living area and bedrooms on floors 3 and 4. The unit boasts a small but fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and kitchen island which serves as a dining space as well. No animals. MAX 6 adults. Nonsmokers only. STR License: STR-010335 Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire unit including the small, attached garage (great for a smaller vehicle or bikes)! You can park in the garage (small and narrow), driveway or overflow lot with a maximum of 1 vehicle for no more than 24 hours. We provide self check-in and keyless entry for your convenience. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via Airbnb messenger, text or phone. Other things to note A starter supply is included with each guest's stay: Paper products (toilet paper, paper towels) Bath Amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and some additional toiletries) Dish soap/Laundry Detergent/Trash Bags Towels/Linens Basic cooking/Kitchenware/Keurig Coffee with an assortment of K-Cups/Drip Coffee Maker Parking will be available onsite in the driveway (1), narrow garage (1), and overflow parking (1). Limited to 3 vehicles. NO animals of any kind. Violation of this rule will result in vacating the unit immediately without refund. An additional $250 cleaning fee will apply. Please note that quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am and will be enforced. Be a good neighbor. No parties. We are available to answer any questions you may have about our home or the local area.
