Our home is desirably situated in the Borough of State College and in easy walking distance to downtown State College, Penn State campus and Beaver stadium (less than a mile). Enjoy the expansive and comfortable living space with two TV viewing area's, AC, internet access and a private, park-like backyard for your enjoyment. You have full access to a park like yard setting and BBQ grill. Other things to note Welcome to our home. During your stay we ask that you please observe the following: Check in is 4:00 pm. No smoking is allowed in the home. Dogs only are permitted in the home but not on furniture/beds. NO CATS allowed due to serious allergy to cats. If anything is broken or in need of immediate attention please notify us immediately upon check in. Towels are located in the basement bathroom Extra sheets are located in the dresser in the basement. Please clean out the dryer lint filter after each use. If you trip a circuit, the circuit breaker is located in the downstairs bedroom in the closet. FYI, we have a tankless water heater. You will not run out of hot water but it has to warm up a couple of minutes prior to getting hot. Keurig is available for your use. Heat and central air conditioning are controlled via the Nest located in the family room near the TV. Parking Daytime Parking is permitted on East McCormick Avenue during the daytime but NOT on our side of the street (only across the street). Guests may use the driveway but it is highly recommended that cars parked in the driveway leave their car keys in the kitchen so they may be moved in case they are blocking another car. Night Time There is no street parking overnight on East McCormick Avenue. All cars must be moved to the driveway or another location. It a violation of township policy to park on the lawn. An overnight option downtown is the Pugh Street garage. Upon Departure: Checkout is 11:00 am. Please leave property in neat order. Return the key to the lockbox and make sure you pull the front door closed tightly. Please leave all used sheets and towels in the basement in the laundry basket or near utilities. Please dispose of all food items in the refrigerator and empty the dishwasher Please empty all trash, including bathroom waste bins into the garbage can on the driveway. Please remove all recycling to the bins in the garage. Enjoy your stay.
