Panoramic: very central in an 18th-century building

A stylish stay at the Panoramico! As new and now ALSO EQUIPPED WITH AIR CONDITIONING! On the 2nd floor of the historic 18th-century Palazzo Cantoni, 100 m from the central square, 15 minutes from the train station, 5 minutes from the MIC, 2 minutes from the THEATER, and around: BARS, RESTAURANTS, CINEMA... It is located in the ZTL, but there is the possibility of parking a few meters from the building (for a fee), with every service at your fingertips. You'll love being in the heart of our city full of events very close to you! The space The apartment floor (2nd floor) is accessed only through the architectural staircase (4 flights of stairs with low and wide steps). The apartment is on two levels, on the base level you will find a living area of over 35 sqm furnished and equipped with everything, with the kitchenette consisting of a modern kitchen equipped with everything and the dining area, the living area, with a comfortable sofa bed (130x190) which, if necessary, is prepared for the 5th and/or 6th guest with a super smart 65p TV and the bathroom preceded by a small anteroom equipped with various equipment, all spaces are on the same level without steps... Upstairs: a mezzanine accessible from the furnished staircase, 25 sqm for the sleeping area, where we have placed 4 of the 6 beds. There is a beautiful double bedroom in walnut with all the accessories (bedside tables, lamps, chest of drawers, hangers, etc...) and in addition: a sofa bed and a foldable single bed, which are used only on request for the 3rd and 4th guest...if necessary, a baby cot is also available, for the little ones, also a high chair and mat and dedicated games, all at a cost of €15 per night. Guest access We are located in the historic center, within the ZTL, so there is no possibility of parking in the street for those arriving by car, but only paid parking (except at night and on holidays) in the streets around the building. THE APARTMENT IS ACCESSED ONLY THROUGH THE 4 RAMPS OF THE ARCHITECTURAL STAIRCASE, SO IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ELDERLY USERS, WITH REDUCED PHYSICAL CAPACITIES OR THE DISABLED!!! For those arriving by bicycle, inside the building there is a large courtyard where you can park them. For those arriving from the train station, it is also very convenient to arrive on foot because it takes just a few minutes, but there is a 24-hour taxi service that can take you to the building's entrance, and several paid daytime bus lines (every 30 minutes), the stops are adjacent to the square... and the free Green Go Bus (every 10/15 minutes), with a stop 5 minutes from the apartment. Faenza is a small town with a very livable center where guests can easily find the answer to their every need, as it is very rich in shops, supermarkets and discount stores, bars, restaurants, cinemas and the theater in the immediate vicinity of our apartment. The market in the main square and in Piazza delle Erbe takes place every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday... and during the holidays, also every Sunday, but every morning in Piazza delle Erbe (behind Piazza del Popolo...) there is a small market of local products. Throughout the year, guests can enjoy being immersed in a central part of the city where various events related to the history of the city take place (the Palio del Niballo every year at the end of June, with a historical procession and jousts of flag-wavers throughout the month of June, the Fiera di San Rocco in autumn, the feast of the Madonna on December 8 and the Nott de' Bisò on the evening of January 5), art and ceramic crafts (Argillà every two years and Made in Italy every year on the 1st weekend of September), musical events (the MEI) food and wine events (Choco Events in October, food fair from all over Italy in spring and other moments with various themes...) Other things to note Thanks to the apartment's location, you can enjoy all the main events that characterize the cultural liveliness of our city. The very street overlooked by the two large windows is the site of the main events that take place every year in Faenza: the Palio del Niballo parade (in June of each year for the Feast of Saints Peter and Paul), with the parade in which hundreds of figures participate in sumptuous historical clothes, and throughout the month of June: the challenges of the flag-wavers between the various districts, the initiatives of the summer Tuesdays in July, the children's market every Thursday in July, Argillà (every 2 years in the 1st weekend of September) with the roundup of stands with exhibitions of ceramists from all over the world that extend from the street in front of the Museum of Ceramics (MIC), throughout the course, and fill the center completely up to both main squares, the MEI (Meeting of Independent Labels) in September, with artistic and musical events in various locations in the center, food and wine events in the autumn period such as Choco Events, Bell'Italia, the Feast of San Rocco in autumn, the Feast of the Immaculate (December 8), called the Feast of Nougat, the Nott de' Bisò on the evening of January 5, the 100 Km del Passatore (end of May) and other cultural, historical and food and wine events, scattered in the city center.
