In this small village guest will have access to such amenities as shopping(Dollar General), fuel and convenience needs from the gas station, and a 24 Fitness Club(Seneca Fitness), and a post office to name a few. The town of Ovid and the village of Trumansburg are only 6 miles away in either direction with even more shopping and amenities available. In the Village of Trumansburg one can enjoy, breweries, wine bar, restaurants, coffee house and more shopping. Trumansburg is also home to the tallest waterfall east of the Mississippi named Taughannock Falls. We are also located less than 30 minutes away from Ithaca and Watkins Glen. On the properties we have off street parking enough for one car(two if cars are compact or small vehicles) and we also have on street parking which is free in front of the property. Guest can get around the local village of Interlaken all in walking distance, but a vehicle is highly recommended due to most attractions being farther than walking distance. We are located on state route 96 and close to state route 89 which are two main highways that will bring you to most local attractions. Head south on 89 toward Ithaca along Cayuga Lake and visit some wineries, state parks, and waterfalls along the way. You can also jump on State Route 414 and hit up some wineries on Seneca Lake and stroll into historic Watkins Glen.
