Luxurious studio apartment on upper level of main house. Sleeps 2 max on comfortable queen bed. Private en-suite bathroom, high-speed WiFi, A/C. The space The Arabian suite pays homage to the Syrians, Lebanese, and others from the Middle East who have become an integral part of our culture. A large 2nd-floor studio with en-suite bathroom and fully stocked kitchenette, it is fantastically decorated, and is accessed via a private staircase leading to a balcony overlooking the street. In a gated compound with security cameras, it is also shaded by our wonderful Julie mango tree! Help yourself to some fresh fruit. Guest access In addition to their private balcony, guests are welcome to enjoy the rear Spanish courtyard area. Outdoor washer and dryer are available for a fee of US$1.50 each per load. Other things to note This is a residential neighbourhood, so guests are expected to be mindful of their noise level, especially at night. Quiet time is from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. However, we are close to Ariapita Ave, which is a hub of entertainment and nightlife, so it can get quite loud at night, especially on the weekends. If you're a light sleeper, earplugs are suggested. Or you can check out our East Indian room which faces away from the Ave and receives somewhat less noise. We also have 2 curious cats, so please ensure none of them gets locked in your room when you leave. For guests staying longer than 7 days, we offer weekly linen changes and room cleaning. While we offer linen and towel changes, we do not supply beach items or towels.
