Simple in-law suite with easy in-and-out thru private, locking doors. One BR (with door), one small BA (stand-up shower, toilet, sink), open floor plan with living space. Complete kitchen (sink, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, full sized fridge), small HE combo washer/dryer. Bike/boat storage readily available (locked garage), bike/boat washing encouraged! Wooded backyard with native gardens and access to woodland trails makes for a serene setting - not your average overnight stay! The space Outdoor Enthusiast's Paradise! Large, wooded lot, small creek, native woodland gardens, 2 private entrances (locking), private parking, direct greenway access! Outdoor patio space with table and chairs. In summer, our flower and vegetable gardens are open to our guests for picking. Walk to town, walk to get groceries, walk the greenway all the way to Pisgah! Guest access Lambo Creek (on the property), certified wildlife habitat in the backyard, firepit, vegetable garden, lush native gardens and quiet reflective space. Other things to note We have 1 cat (Hemlock) and two dogs (Leo and Nugget), all very friendly! Your dog is welcome to share the fenced in front yard with our pups so long as they get along.
