Cozy apartment in a house with character

95 m2 apartment on the 1st floor of our mansion in the lower Rebberg of Mulhouse (the most beautiful district of Mulhouse). 10 min walk to the city center and the passenger station. 5 min to small shops (pastry shop, baker, butcher, fishmonger, delicatessen...). If you are a nature lover and/or athlete, you are close to the Zoo and the Waldeck Forest in a few steps. The space The brightness and calm of this accommodation makes it a peaceful oasis. Although only 10 minutes from the city center, we do not suffer from noise pollution. The main room consists of a living room, dining room and a fully equipped refurbished kitchen (dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, hood, refrigerator). In the living room are available: a flat screen, Wi-Fi, the Box, as well as access to Netflix. You can access the terrace through the kitchen. This apartment sleeps up to 4 people (adults/children) consisting of 2 queen beds. Built in 1905, this house has been renovated over time by the various owners who have succeeded each other. Please read the entire house rules, by validating your request you indicate that you agree with its content. Guest access The entrance to your apartment is via a common staircase with our home, but once you arrive on your floor, you will immediately feel at home, at ease, without the weight of "cohabitation" with the owner. Parking is on the street. Depending on the time of day, it may be more or less easy to park there. Other things to note NUMBER OF PEOPLE: Maximum 4 people in this apartment. Only the people mentioned during booking are allowed to stay in this apartment. No strangers will be accepted in this accommodation. SMOKING: It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment. However, it is quite possible to smoke on the balcony. An ashtray is available. Please empty it at the end of the stay and wash it. On the other hand, it sounds magical, but, no cigarette butt should be thrown from the balcony, because, if it disappears from your sight as if by magic, disintegrated by an abracadabra... it seems very real in our garden... ANIMALS: We have two Weimaraners (the size of a 4-year-old child). They have an unfortunate habit of barking at you, and if you're not comfortable with canines, their behavior can make you uncomfortable. The easiest way is often to ignore them or name them. This behavior usually calms them down. On the other hand, if dogs naturally terrify you, this may not be a place for you. You will see them in the garden or the main hall... usually our dogs are always with us. Knowing how to open the doors, it is necessary to lock all the doors (gate, front door, apartment) when you arrive and also when you leave the house. We also have 3 cats... more discreet than our 2 dogs and less impressive... you may come across them from time to time. Thank you so much for your understanding. WASHING MACHINE/DRYER: If you wish, you can use the washing machine and dryer in the basement. Baskets are available so you can easily carry your laundry. An ironing board and iron are available in the apartment. Washing days: Monday and Thursday (if these days do not suit you, let me know, we will define together which ones suit you best). However, we remain flexible, if you were to run out of linen during your stay, an additional machine can be done from time to time. Our sheets are washed by a specialized laundry.
