Guest access Parking for Breakaway can accommodate 3 small cars or 2 large vehicles. Island Retreat has a deep water anchorage for all property owners and guests. The peninsula has a waterfront deck as well as “martini point” out on the granite boulders! Other things to note Swan’s Island is a beautiful but small and quiet place to unplug and unwind. We suggest you do your major food shopping on the mainland as Swan’s Island has only 1 small market. No liquor is for sale on the island.
