Private Bunk Room @ York University, Toronto

This is a private guest room with a triple bunkbed within a house. Please ensure you are booking for the right amount of guests when booking the room. We are located at York University. Close to York University Keele Campus, Yorkdale mall, Rexall Centre, Black Creek Pioneer Village, Humber River Hospital, with buses to Downsview station leading to downtown Toronto. Our home is very quiet in a neighbourhood among students. The home is perfect to study or relax. The space This private room accommodates 1, 2, or 3 people. The room has a Queen over Double over Twin bunk bed. Perfect for short term stays for large groups or long term stays for 1, 2 or 3 guests. The washroom is shared with 1 other person. The house is located less than 100 meters from York University campus, making it ideal for students and professionals working, studying or attending conferences at York University. We do have other guests and tenants from time to time throughout the year from AirBnB or from the University. Depending on the time of the year we can have anywhere from 0-8 guests/tenants. It is a very big 3 story house and surprisingly quiet. We always have great tenants and guests who are friendly, quiet, clean and cooperative with our house rules. Guest access You have access to a very large spacious kitchen. There are pots, pans, and dishes for our guests and tenants to use. Our laundry machine ($2) and dryer ($2) is coin operated. During your stay You can be assured that I will respond to any requests and questions in a timely manner. After your arrival we will communicate in person or through AirBnB messages. If I am unable to attend to you, my dad will be happy to assist you. My dad comes over from time to time to assist guests/tenants when my wife and I are not available. Rest assured there is always someone to assist you or answer any questions you may have. Other things to note Essentials such as towel, shampoo, and toiletries are not provided from long term guests. (Guests staying 28 days or longer) Please note, the room is beside the kitchen and bathroom. The house is usually pretty quiet, though this room because of its vicinity to the kitchen and bathroom does hear noise from time to time. The room does not have a window but there is adequate ventilation from the vents. It has an entrance door with a window facing the hallway and a fire exit door leading to the kitchen which both let indirect sunlight into the room. For guests with cars, we can rent out our parking garage for $10/day. There is free street parking available but it is limited to certain times from Monday-Friday 8pm-8am. On weekdays from 8am-8pm it turns to 1 hour parking only. Parking is free on Saturday and Sunday, all day. Parking is strictly enforced by the city since it is so close to the University. Don't get caught with a parking ticket! Please note that you get your own key for your room for privacy and security. Please don't lock the key in your room! :)
