Comfy & cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath home. Pet Friendly. Fenced in yard. Screened in patio\catio. Quiet & safe neighborhood. Within less than an hour of dozens of beautiful hikes & waterfalls. Included amenities: Dishwasher, washer, and dryer, bidet. Within 2 minutes of Lakeside Park which has over 70+ acres of trails and lake frontage for swimming, fishing, boating, etc. 1 hour from Asheville, Charlotte, Boone (ski & snowboard resort). 15 minutes from Hickory, shopping, groceries, etc. The space This is my personal home that I allow guests to use while I'm away for short periods of time. Please be respectful and tidy so i can come back to a clean home. There are cleaners that will come after your stay but any damages or accidents should be reported immediately. I'd rather to hear it from you the moment it happens rather than find out after you're gone. The space is roomy and comfy with warm tones throughout. Full kitchen if you enjoy cooking or eat out\order in from a bunch of local restaurants - many are vegan & vegetarian friendly. Two bedrooms: Master has a queen bed. The second room has a twin bed with a pull out twin trundle. The living room has a comfy couch to sleep on as well. There's a charcoal\wood grill and a fire pit. Please be safe and use common sense! Guest access You'll have access to the whole house. Keep in mind this is my personal home so please be respectful. The only shared spaces would be the yard and driveway with other potential guests.
