Our Cottage has 3 bedrooms, one bath, central stone fireplace, Hi Speed WiFI, SmartTV, hardwood floors, outside porch, bonfire pit, spacious yard, front porch, mudroom, laundry room and an outdoor shed to store bikes and gear. The space Our home has great character and a warm welcoming year with a meadow view. Quiet street yet only 1 mile from Peninsula State Park and 2 Miles from Ephraim Beach. If you seek something other than a cookie cutter condo, please consider our home, we would welcome your stay! Guest access You will have access to the entire home. There is an outdoor shed for storage of bikes or other gear if needed. Other things to note The local municipal airport is down the road, but it is a hobbyist airport, so no big planes and very few if any take offs or landings. You won't even notice it! Last- There is a maximum of six persons allowed allowed as guests (incl. children) and if you have visitors, please keep cars parked in driveway and not on lawn or island areas. Thanks!
