Located in 20 acres of secluded grounds, our B&B guests have a choice of a queen or twin bedroom in the main historic homestead, to enjoy complete peace and relaxation, ensuring they leave fully recharged after their stay. Accommodation options extend beyond the historic homestead and include two ornate self-contained holiday cottages, 'Ica Station Whare' (1 Bedroom) and India House (3 Bedrooms). The space Guests share our historic home with the choice of 4 B&B private bedrooms. 3 x Queen rooms and 1 x Twin Room. Our venue is perfect for couples or groups. A Wairarapa Wedding, Anniversary Celebration, adult family gathering or small conference meeting place. We welcome guests from all walks of life, combining colonial New Zealand history and charm with modern comforts in a setting that has to be seen to be believed! Guest access All guests have use of our Swimming Pool and Spa Pool area with gazebo, outdoor seating and fantastic outdoor firepit. Your own exclusive comfortable Guest Sitting and Dining Room, with Sky TV, Wifi, cosy wood open fire. Shared modern bathrooms with access to a washing machine, fridge freezer and tea/coffee making facilities all day!. During your stay Your hosts will be here to welcome you and are available to assist you on site throughout your stay. We offer a 2- Course evening meal and cooked breakfast by request, for an additional charge. Please let us know if you require any of these when booking. Other things to note Guests have free Wifi (2 GB) and use of our washing machine (if required) at no extra cost. Please note: 1. Here in the Wairarapa there is limited mobile phone reception. 2. You do not have access to full kitchen facilities here, we purely offer bed & breakfast facilities. 3. We do not allow children under the age of 12 years in our historic Homestead B&B - please book one of our stand-alone cottages instead.
