The apartment has a large balcony and behind the house there is a fenced garden with seating and barbecue facilities where the pets are allowed to run free. On the ground floor there is the Bündner Art entrance with lots of wood, the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, parlor with carving ceiling, double bedroom and a bathroom with large shower, toilet and sink. On the upper floor there is an airy room with a large bed(240x200) and plenty of space to read, play, etc., a second room with 2 single beds and the second bathrooms with bath, toilet and sink. Baby Cot and High Chair Upon Request. A staircase leads to the apartment, which can be a problem for the elderly or for people with movement difficulties. Other things to note In our surroundings there are many leisure activities in summer and also in winter, such as: skiing and snowboarding on Gotschna/Parsenn, Madrisa and the valley lifts "Motta-Lift" in Klosters-Serneus and "Selfranga-Lift" in Klosters-Selfranga, to cross-country skiing, ice skating, sledges, lama trekking, carriage rides, winter hikes, hiking, swimming, Wellnessen, etc., up to good food in Bündner specialties restaurants, pizzerias etc. in our excellent hotels and restaurants in and around Klosters. But if anything else were to ask for, Davos is not too far away either. With the guest card, you can travel with public transport in summer and winter in Klosters and Davos free.
