Modern Double/Private Bathroom, Office & Breakfast

Our dog friendly modern house is located just outside Carmarthen on a quiet estate, fitted with all the mod-cons to help you have a relaxing stay in Wales! We provide tea & coffee, with a selection of bread (with butter and jams), cereal and fruit every morning. We offer a modern double bedroom, TV/DVD combo and access to Netflix and Amazon Prime, wardrobe, tea and coffee facilities and your own bathroom with bath and shower adjacent to the room, along with an office if you need to work! The space Kitchen: We have a spacious kitchen, with a dining table which seats 4 and 2 breakfast bar stools. The kitchen is fitted with a kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and a modern electric oven with gas hobs. Breakfast is provided in the kitchen every morning, we provide a selection of bread (with butter and jams), cereal and fruit. We offer tea and coffee with breakfast which you're also free to help yourself to at any time. We have a storage room within the kitchen which holds an iron/ironing board and a utility room to the rear with a washing machine, tumble dryer and downstairs toilet. Living Room: The spacious living room consists of a 3-seater sofa, armchair and footrest, the patio doors lead out into the garden. There is a 55 inch 4K smart TV which has access to Netflix and Amazon Prime video streaming services. For the more technical of you there is also a mini games console attached with access to a large number of retro games. Bathroom: The private bathroom consists of a shower, bath, sink and storage area, toilet and scales. Hot water is provided immediately via our modern boiler and we recommend you run the hot tap full with the cold tap slightly on for best results. Double Bedroom: The bedroom is equipped with a new double bed and mattress, wardrobe, bedside table & lamp, as well as a TV/DVD combo with access to streaming services. The bedroom is adjacent to the private bathroom. In your room you will also find tea and coffee making facilities for your convenience - but please feel free to use the kitchen whenever you like. Office: The office allows you access to a desk and a wireless printer if you need to print out any documentation. There are dual screen monitors and a USB dock to plug your laptop in if you need to work remotely. We have a fibre internet connection with speeds of 150mbps. Garden: We have a spacious garden with decking, seating, two fire pits with sun all day round (when it’s out) in one corner of the garden or another. **Alexa Enabled** The Kitchen and Living Room are all Alexa enabled, so you will have access to play music, podcasts, set alarms and make other queries. Guest access You'll have access to the whole house apart from the master bedroom. We want you to feel at home, so please make use of the kitchen and living areas. During your stay We are normally available in person, if not you can call or e-mail us at any time with any queries you may have. If we aren't around, we have a lockbox outside to collect/drop off the key. Other things to note We have a lovely Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy (Riley) and very friendly, low maintenance house cats (Nala and Summer) who will be present during your stay. Nala and Summer spend their days outside (there is a cat flap fitted on the back door) and Riley comes with us if we go out for more than a few minutes, Riley sleeps in our room and normally gets up at 7am, she’s never been known to bark during the night except at loud noises! If you are bringing your own dog, we can provide a food and water bowl and recommend a number of dog friendly walks and places to eat in the local area. Please also take note of the directions we send, whilst the estate can be found very easily by sat nav, the houses arent numbered sequentially - we will send full written and visual directions.
