In the summer months (Memorial Day thru Labor Day), we have a 6-night minimum. Generally, check-in is on Sunday and check-out is on Saturday. Lakefront cottage in a quiet area. Great for families: fishing, swimming, boating, bonfires, etc. The deck overlooks the water. Private dock. Walk to restaurant/bar/ice cream. Small gatherings are welcome, large/loud/late-night parties are not (see house rules). Though this is a vacation destination, it is also home to year-round neighbors next door. Renters who host large/loud/late-night parties will be asked to leave. House, deck, yard, hammock, fire pit, dock, and attached shed This is a lake community with a mix of year-round residences and summer cottages. The house is located on a semi-private gravel road with a private driveway behind the house with space for about two cars. Guests have access to fishing poles, a paddleboat, two kayaks, a paddleboard, some inflatable rafts, water noodles, adult and jr.-size life jackets, a hammock, and firepit. Wifi - The house has both 2G and 5G wifi. Cell Coverage - The strongest cell coverage at the lake is from AT&T (you should have full LTE). You can see the AT&T tower from the back deck; it's on the hill across the lake. Verizon coverage is spotty around the house. Sprint coverage is in "extended" mode so you may not have coverage. Nearby attractions include Tall Pines Golf, Salt Springs State Park, Endless Mountain Brewing Company, and Luna Kombucha Brewery & Farm Kitchen
