The space Our space offers you a short 2 minutes walk to Shrubbery Nightingale Park where you can enjoy the scenic view of Mt. Kanchendzonga. Our space is also close to Himalayan Zoo & Mountaineering Institute; you can experience short Zipline, Rock climbing, Hurdle air walk. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: *Conserve resources- Use water and electricity wisely. Turn off lights and heaters when not in use. Please switch off the appliances once used. *Keep your space clean- Maintain a tidy and organized living space and clean up common areas like the kitchen after use. * Dishes are meant to be done by guests else an extra cleaning charge of Rs 150 can be paid. * Use designated areas for meals. To keep the space clean. Do not eat food on the bed. * Do not stain the linens with things that cannot be removed (like curries, makeup etc.). * Do not throw cigarette butts, cotton balls or any other thing that can block the shower drain. * Use garbage bags for any trash. *Handle items with care- Remember that many items in a homestay, including crockeries , may be of sentimental value to the host. Damage of any kind needs to be reimbursed. * Keep the noise to minimum as it's a residential property. * Smoking is allowed only on balconies. * No extra visitors allowed without permission and identity verification.
