Guest access Guests have access to all of the property, internally and externally. The area to the bottom of the garden is currently out of bounds. Neighbouring properties must be able to access their properties and also park at the rear of their own properties. We have a guest parking sign where 1 or 2 cars can be carefully parked to the rear while not blocking others.
