"Fawn" cabin in 3 acre tiny home resort with pool!

Set at the back of our 2 gated acres, down a small country road, you'll feel instantly relaxed and right at home when you pull up to your private patio with a hammock waiting for you. We are also located only 15mi from downtown Austin or 1 street across from the super hot Fitzhugh Rd, with many breweries and distilleries yet you'll feel like you're at a country oasis! The space As soon as you enter "The Fawn" efficiency cabin you'll see we offer lots of modern touches and amenities. Better than a hotel since you also have your own private patio for relaxing. Your cabin offers a kitchenette, with sink, dishes for 2 perfect for reheating leftovers from the many restaurants nearby, refrigerator and microwave, plus a brand new bathroom! (The shower is tiny however since we have to fit it in a small space so if you’re a larger person it may not feel comfortable inside but we also have an additional shower at the pool house bathroom that is open for anyone to use and offers towels and shampoo/soap as well) The “Fawn” cabin is gorgeous and super cozy inside! There is heating and air conditioning as well. You also have perfect parking right in front of your space. There's a communal observation deck with a gorgeous valley view of Austin and Dripping Springs right across from your cabin perfect for stargazing. Should you be ready to cool off, the pool is a short pretty walk from your cabin ready to enjoy as well as a fire pit and shaded patio and propane grill. We really have tried to think of every touch that makes this feel like a truly special place to stay and we hope you enjoy your stay with us! Please note there is some construction noise going on at neighboring lots so we have lowered our prices to reflect that in case you hear any. Seems to be mostly weekdays however. Other things to note You are at the back of the property where we have to keep our bricks and also our drainage ditch. So the view from one of your three windows/sides isn’t as pretty as the other windows.
