Kingsland Barn: Beautiful Spacious Rural Cottage

A converted spacious yet cosy, comfortable & well-equipped barn, perfect for 2 couples or a family with older, well-behaved children. Quiet and private, it offers a tranquil haven with its garden, copse and scenic views from the large terrace - great for relaxing. It’s also the perfect base from which to explore Devon’s beautiful beaches for surfing, swimming & family fun, Exmoor and Dartmoor for walking, traditional pubs serving good food and market towns - all within easy driving distance. The space The open plan terracotta-tiled ground floor of the barn is divided into 3 areas with everything you need for cooking, dining and relaxing. It is traditionally furnished with a dining table & chairs, large sofa & sofa bed and large screen TV. (There’s also a small shower room). Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms - one with a king size bed, the other with twin beds, and a luxury family bathroom with shower and freestanding bath. Guest access The village of Burrington is about a mile from Kingsland; it has a small, but well-stocked community shop. Barnstaple (about 30 minutes drive away, with plenty of car parks) is the nearest big shopping area, with the usual high street and supermarket chains as well as a Pannier market.
