Our guests will have access to a nice kitchen, with washer, dryer, dishwasher, a large fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all the needed kitchen cookware to prepare a hearty meal. The large bedroom has a top of the line double bed and a single bed. The smaller room has a double size bed. The small room is basically just for sleeping. In the warmer months, there's a small terrace in the back with a sitting area to have a morning coffee. Our 4th bed is an inflatable mattress when needed. The entire house has high end wood floors and removing shoes is a must. This place has kept the charm of the old with its exposed bricks and at the same time affords the comfort of modern living. One couldn't ask for a better location. Whether it's for a short visit to Montreal on vacation or business. Whether it's for singles, couples, or families. We are a block from famed Boulevard Saint Laurent, and one block from trendy Laurier Street. We have a park with a track and a baby park just across the street. In the winter months, the track becomes an ice skating ring! There's a Bixi bike rental station nearby during warmer months. The buses pass one block from us, and the metro Laurier is 700 meters away or 7 minute walk. The top restaurants are within 2-10 minute walk. Lawrence, Faberge', Arts Cafe' to name a few are all on our street and a hop away! Please note that we have two high end Air Ventilators with programmable settings to keep the house well aired in the hot summer months. It is not a cold AC per say. But it does the trick. If you're going to turn off the TV for the night, make sure to hit the "Home", "Pause" or "Back" button on your Roku remote. Turning off the TV does not stop the show from streaming and it will keep playing while the TV is off. This will use up some bandwidth and incur extra charges.
