Cosy cottage in the market town of Ulverston

Our charming one bedroom cottage is located in Ulverston, South Lakes. The cottage itself has been recently renovated with brand new kitchen & bathroom featuring a waterfall shower! Other added amenities include dishwasher, free WiFi and Smart TVs. Located a short stroll from the centre of the busy market town you are close to a range of great independent pubs, restaurants and shops. With local bus and train services close by it makes a perfect base to explore the Lakes and surrounding areas. The space Open the front door and enter the cosy living room with original features of arched fireplace, soft warm carpets, sofa, chair, coordinating furnishings, and Smart TV. The kitchen is newly installed and fully equipped with all that you will need, apart from a washing machine and dryer. However there are 2 launderettes within a short distance of the property. There is access to the rear of the cottage from the kitchen. Upstairs boasts a beautiful, newly installed bathroom, featuring a large shower cubicle with rainfall shower. The inviting bedroom, has a king sized bed, soft warm carpets, clothes rail and Smart TV. A travel cot and high chair for an infant or a small fold out bed for a child under 12 are available upon request. We are pet friendly, for a maximum of two, well-behaved pets, for which there is a small extra charge payable at booking. Please note that although the cottage does not open directly onto the road, there is no enclosed outdoor area. There are plenty of places close by though to walk a dog. We are a No Smoking property! Guest access 20 Dragley Beck is located within a short stroll of Ulverston town centre, a bus stop and the train station. Parking is free and on the street. Other things to note The cottage can accommodate up to 1 child under 12 years old on a fold out bed, or an infant in a travel cot. Please let me know if you require these when you book.
