Located in the heart of town, you’ll be in walking distance of several restaurants, ice cream parlors, and the grocery store. The space This cozy space is a one room studio with closet, kitchenette, bathroom, screened porch, and an additional open balcony. There are 20 steps to reach this second floor unit- there is not an elevator. The inside room has a comfy queen bed and a twin day bed with a second twin trundle on wheels underneath. The kitchenette has a fridge, sink, microwave, and single cup coffee maker. Included with your stay is access to the waterfront swimming pool, boat ramp, fish cleaning table, and 5 first come first served free trailer parking spots. If these spots are full, the bait shop next to the resort offers overnight trailer parking at a reasonable rate. They also offer boat slips at their marina for $40 per night. While here you are within walking distance of a few bait shops, a small grocery store, a park with a basketball court, and a few restaurants. Your perfect Everglades vacation is waiting! Guest access You’ll have sole access to our unit- a studio condo with one bathroom, kitchenette, closet, screened lanai, and balcony sitting area. You’ll have shared access to resort amenities like the pool and boat ramp. Other things to note You’ll check in with a door code. Free use of boat ramp next door. Five free trailer parking spots are available first come first served basis. Next door Marina offers overnight boat dock slips for $40 per night. There are 20 stairs to the unit and no elevator.
