It overlooks a Shire pond to the back and benefits from a private patio and glorious views of the large communal garden. The bedrooms and bathroom are located on the first floor. Guest access The cottage has a private patio and parking is available to the front of the property. The cottages are set in just under an acre of beautiful communal gardens which include a rustic children’s play area, BBQ area and shire pond full of wildlife. Both cottages are serviced by the adjacent reception room which houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.
