The accommodation is organized into two main rooms: - a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed and bathroom, - a living room with TV, kitchen and dining area. Not to mention the large terrace, the charming asset on sunny days! Parking in the garden is mandatory so as not to interfere with the traffic and the maneuvers of the neighbors in the street. Beware of low vehicles, there is a difference in height between the street and the threshold of the gate, in this case we recommend that you park on the avenue. Other things to note Good to know! The little Auxerroise is equipped with a CULLIGAN water softener, as well as an osmosis machine and its 6L reserve, this filtered water corresponds to bottled water, ideal for hydration but also for cooking!
