Suite is 11’x13’ bedroom, plus spacious closet, bathroom and kitchenette. Bathroom has a shower, no bathtub. Room is fully furnished: bed, nightstands, smart tv. Kitchenette with under-counter refrigerator/freezer, built-in induction cooktop, microwave, toaster oven, sink/faucet. Floor: hardwood with area rug, heated tile in bathroom. Bedroom is in the back and looks onto backyard (welcome to use the garden). Washer/dryer in the garage. Wireless internet. Request mutual respect of “quiet” hours after about 10:30 p.m. No smoking of any kind inside, in the back garden, or outside the front of the house - including tobacco or cannabis. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the backyard accessible through a large sliding glass door directly from the Airbnb suite. The host lives full-time in the second level of the house. The laundry area is on the first level in the garage and the laundry area is shared with the Airbnb suite. Guests are welcome to access the garage in order to use the washer/dryer. Other things to note On-street parking is easy and access to 101 is less than 5 minutes. Especially good if you plan on touring the area, and the city, and don't want to hassle with paid parking. Walking distance to restaurants in the Mission and Bernal Heights. Public transportation is Muni: 67 Bernal, 12 Folsom 49 Van Ness/Mission. 24th and Mission BART is 1 mile. Bernal Heights is an intimate, village-like community and is family, LGBTQ and dog-friendly. There are 3 great parks nearby, along with restaurants and cafes including Precita Social, Black Jet Bakery, Bernal Basket Bakery, The Front Porch, Emmy’s Spaghetti Shack, Tacos El Patron, Four Chairs, and El Buen Comer.
