The space Lennox Head Sunrise consists of a luxury spacious four bedroom house with three bathrooms perfect for families to holiday. The large open plan living area links the front balcony with incredible farmland and ocean views to the back deck looking over the pool and garden. There are cows and kangaroos grazing in the field in front of the balcony and the sun rises over the ocean in summer. There are day long ocean breeze flowing gently through the house and there is also air conditioning in the master bedroom and fans throughout for those warm summer days. Master bedroom 1 is upstairs along with 2 other large bedrooms and the Master bedroom 2 is downstairs to make 4 bedrooms in total. We have a gate at the top of the stairs as we have young children but please note it is not an official child safety gate. There is a portacot and highchair if required just let us know and we will leave these out for you. The house is situated a 3 minute drive from the Lennox Head town centre and a 25 minute walk if you’re leaving the car in town for the night! There are fly screens at all windows and double garage. A small Weber bbq is out on the back deck. We have two gas bottles outside so if one runs out the gas can be switched over to the new one.
