Cosy, colourful one-bedroom apartment with parking

Colourful, quirky 1st floor flat located just outside the city centre- within walking distance of beach/train station or a 5 minute walk from main bus stop, this apartment also has on-road parking with plenty of spaces available. Situated on a quiet road this peaceful, south-facing flat is filled with sunshine; please note it is my home so does have personal belongings in it! (Storage space is available for guests) A perfect cosy base for couples, pals or solo guests to explore Brighton from. The space A nice big bed with fairy lights for cosy lighting, the mushroom lights can be turned on if you can reach down behind the headboard and switch on at the wall socket. (Left hand side switch). The lantern lights can be turned on with the white switch by the little corner table and the gold lamp turned on with the gold switch. ! The free standing wardrobe at the end of the bed is available for you to use to put your clothes etc. Bathroom cabinet and a shelf in the kitchen cupboard are clear for you to use also. The table in the lounge does fold out but it’s very large and it also needs some different chairs bringing out, so I haven’t included it as dining space.. if you really want to use it though do message me and I can instruct where the chairs are and the knack for the table. I have provided lap trays for you to use as this is what I usually do. Feel free to use the TV in the lounge, press the On then ‘home’ button on the control and the different services will become available. If you want to use the speaker in the lounge you will need to download an App called BluOS and than use through your phone. When you leave the front door don’t turn right down those stairs! 😅 people often get confused. The other front door is along the small hallway and down to the left. The button lightswitches at the top and the bottom of the stairs will self-turn off after a few minutes so you don’t need to worry about turning them off. Guest access The entire flat
