Male-only room. Pros: next to trains, affordable, social, fully equipped kitchen, living room, 3 full bathrooms to avoid morning lines, spacious work area w/ fast internet. Cons: potential noise (earplugs provided), unorganized housemates, full trash bins day before house cleaning (weekly cleanings). More then 1500 reviews! 3-min walk to Bart trains, 15min to downtown, 20min to airport. Quiet area, spacious, bright house. Free parking avail 10 min walk from us in Century 21 parking garage. The space Female guests are welcomed too, however please be aware of the cons mentioned in the description.
