The space Otters is a delightful, well equipped, self catering two bedroom cottage. The ground floor is open plan providing a charming kitchen, dining and sitting area. The bedrooms and bathroom are located on the first floor. Guest access The cottage has a private patio and parking is available to the front of the property with an EV charging point available. The cottages are set in just under an acre of beautiful communal gardens which include a rustic children’s play area, BBQ area and shire pond full of wildlife. Both cottages are serviced by the adjacent reception room which houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. A refuse area for general waste and recycling is located around the back of the reception room. Other things to note The cottage will be available from 15:00 on the day of your arrival and residents are requested to vacate be 10:00 on the day of departure.
