Traditional self-catering cottages located in the beautiful North Devon countryside. Close to the Tarka Trail, RHS Rosemoor and Dartington Crystal. The space Otters is a delightful, well equipped, self catering two bedroom cottage. The ground floor is open plan providing a charming kitchen, dining and sitting area. The bedrooms and bathroom are located on the first floor. Guest access The cottage has a private patio and parking is available to the front of the property. The cottages are set in just under an acre of beautiful communal gardens which include a rustic children’s play area, BBQ area and shire pond full of wildlife. Both cottages are serviced by the adjacent reception room which houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. A refuse area for general waste and recycling is located around the back of the reception room. Other things to note The cottage will be available from 15:00 on the day of your arrival and residents are requested to vacate be 10:00 on the day of departure.
