We're just 5 minutes from both interstates. Private residence on our property with one bedroom, one bathroom, fully stocked kitchen and free laundry. Gas fireplace, covered patio, private dog run, private parking. The space Cute and cozy barn-attached apartment with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Fully stocked kitchen and laundry. Private backyard to enjoy with your pet, and wind-free patio out front to have a cookout or roast s'mores. The bedroom has fully closing barn doors while the living room sports a comfy pull-out couch bed. I have a porta-crib available for your little one. A smart TV (Roku) allows you to sign in to your favorite streaming service and enjoy a movie night with the popcorn and cocoa always kept stocked in the kitchen! 302 mpbs internet speed to make it easy to work remotely. The gas fireplace will keep you warm in the winter while adding to the charm of your stay, and the portable air conditioner will keep you cool as a cucumber in the summertime. Please be courteous as you share the driveway with the hosts. Guests have their own parking spot in front of the unit. Other things to note Please let us know if you plan to bring dog(s), and what breed so we can approve them. Sorry, we no longer accept cats. Please keep your dogs on a leash at ALL times unless within the designated areas. We reserve the right to DENY certain breeds of dogs on our property including but not limited to pitbulls and rottweilers. We do not have an extensive check-out procedure- we only ask that you start the dishwasher and turn out the lights as you leave. Thank you!
