The flat is located in the Castello district, the most populous and lively in Venice, well served by public transport, near the Biennale. The entrance is on Via Garibaldi, a lively street full of shops, restaurants and typical Venetian 'bacari'. The building is located in front of the monumental entrance to the historic Napoleonic Gardens. A pleasant walk will take you to St. Mark's Square, while a few minutes by vaporetto will take you to the Lido with its beautiful beaches. The space The flat, very bright and quiet, is located on the top floor of a 19th century historic building. It consists of a double room, a large, well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bath and shower. The wifi network offers a fast and stable connection. Guest access The entire apartment is available only to the guests. CHECK-IN is by appointment and free of charge from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm. From 9 pm we apply a 30 euro charge to be paid cash upon check-in. Please, communicate your time of arrival, means of transportation (flight or train reference) and contact number (valid mobile phone). CHECK-OUT is until 10:00 am. Other things to note TOURIST TAX In major Italian cities, tourists have to pay a Tourist tax. In Venice, it applies on the first 5 consecutive nights and has to be paid upon check-in: – 3 euro per person per night – minor persons to 11 years do not pay. RENTAL CONTRACT AND GUESTS' DETAILS In Italy it is mandatory to sign a contract also for short-term home rentals. Upon check-in, you will be invited to sign a standard contract reporting the amount net of the commission fees.
