This beautiful stone farmhouse, fully restored and air-conditioned, is located on the edge of Périgord. Fully private, spacious (4 bedrooms / 4 bathrooms), it has been designed especially for a vacation dedicated to relaxation, well-being and peace and quiet In addition to premium bedding, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace furnished around a beautiful garden, you will appreciate the beautiful surrounding nature around the large heated pool and spa. The space The cottage is composed of a living space with kitchen open to the living/dining room and the covered terrace. The 4 independent bedrooms each have private bathrooms with shower or bathtub (3 bedrooms with double bed + 1 bedroom with 2 single beds). To improve your comfort in case of high temperatures, the house is fully air-conditioned. Around the landscaped garden and hot tub, you will find all the amenities you need for your stay and the heated pool below. Life is organized very easily for people looking for tranquility, in an ideal area for visiting the famous Bastides classified among "The Most Beautiful Villages of France" (Villeréal, Monpazier and Monflanquin), the castles (close to the Chateau de Biron), hiking, bike rides and other discoveries that we will have the pleasure of introducing to you. Completely opposite, we occupy the other wing of this very large house, but our discretion will allow you to stay in complete tranquility. If you wish, as former recognized restaurateurs (more than 30 years in the business), we can concoct a simple and local meal based on fresh products. Guest access You will have a private entrance and a large private parking lot. Other things to note In this idyllic setting, the only thing you hear, besides the birds, is... silence!
