The space Welcome to The Station, a charming yet sophisticated 3-story townhome located just off University Drive in the heart of College Station, TX. This beautifully designed home features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a spacious yard, and a 2-car garage, offering a perfect blend of rustic elegance and modern amenities. First Floor: Private King Suite & Outdoor Access As you step inside, the first-floor king bedroom welcomes you with plush bedding, a smart TV, and a serene ambiance. This room features a spacious walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a tub-shower combo, providing ultimate comfort and privacy. Step directly from this room onto the patio, perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee or an evening under the stars. Second Floor: Open-Concept Living & Dining The heart of the home is on the second floor, where the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen spaces create a luxurious setting for relaxation and entertaining. The fully stocked kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring top-of-the-line KitchenAid appliances, a gas range, a large 50/50 sink, and an 8-foot island with seating for 3 at the bar. Prepare meals effortlessly while friends or family gather around the expansive dining table, which comfortably seats 8. The guest bedroom offers a king bed, smart TV, dresser, and a walk-in closet, along with its own ensuite bathroom featuring a tub-shower combo. Tucked between the guest and primary suites is the well-equipped laundry room, making laundry day easy and accessible without disturbing the living spaces below. The primary suite is a true retreat. Luxuriate in a king bed with plush bedding, light-filtering curtains for restful sleep, and a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair. Featuring a spacious 2-car garage and a 2-car driveway, plus convenient street parking for guests. Enjoy the comfort of ample parking right at your doorstep—perfect for busy lifestyles! Other things to note Dogs are allowed but for a $75 PER pet fee due before your stay. We use GR8 Laundry to wash and clean all bedding and deep clean everything! This is to ensure the home is in tip top shape for future guests. Parking is limited: garage (2 spots) outside of the garage (2 spots) and spaces to the right of the townhome building. Multiple cars can park to the right of the townhome. The home never lost power or water during the unprecedented winter freeze in February 2021. Due to COVID and our commitment to cleanliness; we launder all bedding between our guests. Some bedding will be different than pictured as we ensure our guests receive fresh and clean bedding each and every time! We follow the Aggie Honor Code: Aggies do not lie, cheat or steal nor tolerate those who do. Please be respectful of our community and neighbors. After 9pm no loud noises such a blaring music or parties will be tolerated. Please do not eat on our furniture. Please do not take our extra supplies. They are our property and we try our best to always keep the house stocked. It’s very disheartening to have guests take things and deplete our goods. Please keep the garage door closed if you are not using it. It is in our HOA guidelines. NO smoking of ANY kind is permitted on the premises. A $250 fee will be assessed immediately if smoking is witnessed or evidence of it is found or smelt. Please be upfront and honest with us about any damage done to the property. Please communicate with us about any issues or things that might have arisen during your stay. We are very flexible and accommodating, if aware. We want to ensure you have the best stay possible but please note, we only stock the house according to how many guests specified in the reservation. If more guests stay than originally booked, you will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $100 and incur a $25 per person per night charge over 6 people.
