Spacious finished basement with queen bed, private bath, table, private living space with recliner and TV. Access to shared areas including two living room areas, dining room, kitchen, and laundry. Guest access In addition to the basement, guests have access to the entire first floor including living room, dining room, kitchen, half bath, and laundry room. Upstairs I have one room rented out to a permanent resident as well as one other room on Airbnb so there may be others using the shared spaces. Other things to note I have a small dog that I keep downstairs or in my bedroom. He loves meeting new people but I can keep him separated from guests if need be.
