The apartment (55 sqm) is in the basement in our large half-timbered house in the OT of Einbeck, this is newly expanded in 2021 and completely newly furnished. The historic half-timbered towns of Northeim and Einbeck are 10 minutes away by car, or on well-developed bike paths in 25 minutes by bike. The recreational lake in front of Northeim and a golf course are about 6 km away and easily accessible on flat bike paths. Harz and Solling are a great destination by car, about 45 minutes' drive. The space The 55 sqm apartment has its own entrance and direct access to the terrace with garden chairs. The apartment is open plan, with a living room and integrated kitchen and dining area. - 2 sleeping places: A high-quality fold-out sofa bed 1.40 m and a 1.20 m wide closet bed with mattress. - Satellite flat-screen TV, DVD player and free Wi-Fi available. - Modern shower room with window, walk-in shower, toilet and urinal. A parking space is right outside the front door and bicycles can be parked by arrangement. An older women's and men's bicycle could be provided by arrangement. Bed linen, hand and bath towels are included in the price. In the apartment there is a permanently locked connecting door to a utility room that does not belong to the apartment. Drinks are provided at a low price. You can choose: mineral water, beer, shandy, lemonade. Guest access The apartment is rented for your own use. The pool is unheated and can only be used seasonally by guests from May to September! Other things to note A connecting door to a utility room is permanently closed and locked from the side of the apartment.
