Glafki is a 140 m2 sunny maisonette which is built in a complex of three independent residences.. It is located in the heart of Marathonas, less than 100 m from the sea and only a 5 min drive from Aegina’s port. . We have the capability to accommodate 6 people in total so it is perfect for groups of friends or big families .This maisonette is designed to offer all the modern comforts combined with the traditional and Mediterranean style The space This maisonette is built in an area of 1500 square meters with many trees mainly pistachio, fruit and many flowers. Garden with lawn, stone walkways, barbecue and sitting areas can offer from beautiful mornings to idyllic evenings. The villa is built on two levels. In the ground floor there is a living room with built-in sofa, 32-inch TV, one bathroom, two bedrooms (the one with queen size bed and the other with two single beds) and a small storage room. This level has direct access to the garden. At the second level there is the second largest living room with a built fireplace, two sofas with a 45-inch TV, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining area. The third bedroom with king bed and a large bathroom is also at this level. This level has an exit to a very beautiful terrace with outdoor dining area with very nice view. Villa have direct access to the land through a large 150m² terrace. Here's a list of of things we provide to our guests: • Fresh linen and towels are provided • All rooms are fully furnished ,with large wardrobes and air-condition appliances . • A 43” LCD screen TV with sat capability • A 32” LCD screen TV • A very spacious kitchen with brand new appliances; a large fridge, oven and microwave, nespresso machine, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, cooking utensils, full dinner set, glasses, etc • Luxurious bathrooms with bath and shower (Towels, toilet paper, soap, hand wash, hair dryer and shampoo are all provided) • Iron and ironing board • Basics for cooking such as oil, vinegar, salt and spices • Baby cot and high chair (please ask us in advance so we have everything prepared for your arrival).
