Holiday cottage in the centre of an unspoilt Derbyshire village Self catering 2 bedrooms Sleeps up to 4 Enclosed gardens front and rear Countryside views Free onstreet parking nearby Dog friendly (2 dogs accepted) Free WiFi Welcome tray Perfect for walkers, cyclists, touring Derbyshire, or just relaxing Close to Crich, Matlock, Chatsworth, Peak District and many Derbyshire attractions The space Whole cottage Guest access All spaces Other things to note Please note, whilst children are welcome, the cottage is not child proof and parents must accept full responsibility for their children in all areas, especially potential hazards such as stairs, in the kitchen, the fire and the outside areas. We do not provide any childproof locks or guards on any cupboard, appliance or socket. We do accept children under 2 but we do not provide bedding for a cot for health/safety reasons as advised. There is a bed rail and high chair which are used at the parents’ discretion and we take no responsibility for any issues caused as a result of their use. Guests must be able to easily climb and descend stairs due to the winding staircase. Dogs must not be left unattended in the cottage at any time.
