Both down and alternative down hotel-grade pillows are available to allow you tailor the perfect sleeping experience to your needs. Feather-free pillow options are also available upon request. A cozy nook with vintage wing-backed chairs in front of the window is perfect for devouring a good book or enjoying a morning cup of coffee. ☆☆ BATHROOM ☆☆ Enter through a reclaimed door into an efficient and elegantly modern bathroom. It features a full-sized shower, high-end bath products, and super soft towels. ☆☆ LOFT ☆☆ The luxurious loft was designed to provide a spa-like experience with a 55” free-standing soaking tub overlooking the forest with winter-only views of the mountains. The tub takes some time to fill and is part of the experience of slowing down at Edenwood, so plan to read or relax for at least 90 minutes while you draw your bath. The keyless entry makes check-in and check-out a breeze. Because we are a unique experience and to ensure all of our guests have an unforgettable and safe stay at Edenwood, we require our guests to electronically sign a simple liability waiver prior to releasing a personalized smart lock access code. The process to complete the liability waiver is via a 3rd party messaging software and is available for your review and completion based on your phone number on file with Airbnb. Parking for The Barn is located at the top of a gravel driveway. The walk from the dedicated parking area down to The Barn has an approximate 45-degree incline. Access to The Barn requires walking down the inclined gravel driveway with a railing. You will not need 4WD to access The Barn at Edenwood, though please see the note about inclement weather below. The Barn shares a 6-acre plot of land and walking path with Edenwood's adjacent property, TheTreehouse at Edenwood. The Barn and The Treehouse are connected via a long path and within a three-minute walk of one another, though the path to and each property is completely private and is barely visible to the other. The Barn is also adjacent to several neighbors, with the neighbors’ houses slightly in viewing distance. Other things to note Guests seeking to utilize the Level 1 EV charging available must bring their own charge cord to reach the power box. During a large snow or ice storm, the mountain roads used to access our properties are some of the last to be plowed. A large snow or ice storm can result in the roads being impassable for several days or a week. The Barn is just off the mountain neighborhood’s gravel road and, as such, there is moderate neighborhood vehicle traffic heard throughout the day and tapering in the evening. There is a full wall of windows in The Barn overlooking Edenwood pond. There are no drapes or blinds for the top two windows. As such, the morning sunshine or a full moon can be quite bright for the individual who prefers a completely darkened room to sleep. Sleep masks are provided. Although it is available, our mountainous location can result in inconsistent WiFi strength. We do not allow pets at The Barn as it is an approachable luxury stay. However, the Treehouse at Edenwood (also on Airbnb) is dog-friendly. THE LOFT AND SOAKING TUB ARE ONLY ACCESSIBLE VIA A CODE-APPROVED SHIP LADDER WITH A 75% GRADE. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR THOSE WITH A FEAR OF HEIGHTS OR CONDITIONS WHICH WOULD LIMIT THEIR ABILITY TO SAFELY CLIMB THE LADDER. THE SHIP LADDER IS QUITE STEEP AND THE RUNGS ARE SHALLOW. USE SHIP LADDER AT YOUR OWN RISK.
