A unique offering for those who want a true farm experience! A clean, rustic above-barn space. Farm animals live below-Mr Teach the roo may crow (early!) chickens will cluck! There is a 2 burner stove, cold water sink seasonally(jugs provided in winter) a dorm fridge, and basic kitchen ware. Tea and coffee provided, veg & eggs for sale. The shower is at the main house, (either indoor or outdoor) and a bucket-style compost toilet is in the apartment. There’s a full bed and a fold out couch. The space We run a small vibrant organic farm, and you are able to walk around the property and visit with animals and check out the crops… We are right up against the sunrise trail which can take you to numerous mountains and a sweet pond nearby… Guest access We have an outdoor shower attached To the main house, glorious! In winter or if it’s too chilly out, you can take a shower in the bottom level of the main house. The farm is open for roaming and there are lots of trails nearby. You are welcome to roam the gardens too! Other things to note The kitchen set up in the apartment is simple, a camp stove/oven, cold water deep sink, (you can heat it on the stove for dishes) dish rack, dishes, pots and pans, medium sized fridge. Water will be in jugs for the winter. Rustic but beautiful. Along with barns can come animal smells, usually pretty minor but worth mentioning ;)
