Beautiful and spacious private house overlooking the sea, located on Prainha beach, 200 meters from the beach, 10 minutes from Beach Park (largest water park in Latin America) and 5 minutes from Engenhoca Park (adventure park with zip lines, tree climbing and much more). House with 7 suites, deck with pool, barbecue area and bathrooms. Grass soccer field or Beach tennis and a wonderful hammock under the trees to rest. We have a couple who live next door taking care of the place. The space Rustic but very tasteful family home with 7 very spacious suites, three on the top and one on the bottom. All rooms have a fan and a cold shower. Guest access - The house has its own very spacious parking - The house is located 200 meters from the beach, and you can walk there. - It is close to several beach huts - 5 minutes by car, there are supermarkets, lace center and restaurants. Other things to note We have two employees who live in a house on the property grounds, and they are responsible for maintaining the house. If the guest wishes, and after agreement among all, they can hire their services for daily cleaning and housekeeping, as well as waiter, cook, and other services.
