Spacious studio located in a beautiful neighborhood in the hills of Oakland, just walking distance from Lake Merrit, and many of Oakland’s historical landmarks. 5-minute walk to the Grand Lake Theatre, Lakeshore shops, and local favorite eateries. Renovated studio with full kitchen, stove, oven, dishwasher, large shower bathroom, private entrance with sunlit patio. The space The Studio has a full size bed, a 6 drawer dresser, a fan, a potable AC, a table that sits 2-3 people, a vanity desk, shelving and flat screen tv. There is a full kitchen with dish and cookware, a coffeemaker, water boiler and general cleaning supplies. Guest access Great street parking. Street Cleaning: No parking on house side of street on Monday nights. Message us about parking on the driveway Other things to note Please provide desired check-in time (if before 4pm) when submitting a booking request. We are a pet friendly location. We ask that any pets staying in the space be listed in the booking. There is a pet fee of $50 (please, message us if you or your pet need any special accommodations). Important Note: We curate the space according to booking and messaging information and need to know if there will be a pet staying in the space. If failed to disclose we will charge an $80 fee.
