*PLENTY OF FREE STREET PARKING* 1 BDRM apt in the up and coming town of Bellevue, just a 10 min drive to downtown and the stadiums. This is a 2nd floor unit in my 100+ year old four-square home. It has a private entrance with a keypad for Airbnb guests, there are 2 other units in the building. Its in walking distance to public transit, shops, restaurants, places of worship, banks, and a grocery store. Pet friendly ($50 fee) just add your pet under pets in the guest section when booking. The Pittsburgh Suite offers sleeping arrangements for up to 4 people. The bedroom has a king size bed, a desk with office supplies, a reading nook, a large dresser and a single closet. The bathroom has a single vanity and a corner shower. We provide shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, travel toothpaste, and body soap, all from environmentally conscious manufactures. The kitchen has a microwave, toaster oven, place settings for 8, cooking utensils, pots and pans, and a garbage disposal. We provide some basic cooking essentials like oil, aluminum foil, spices, sugar etc. There is a bar height breakfast counter and small bistro table that will accommodate 4 people. The living room has a nice futon couch that could fit 2 closely. There is a 48" smart TV with Roku, Netflix, and Amazon. There is cable to the TV but not on demand. There is also a Blu-ray player. There is a front yard and porch that you may use. The sides and back yard are off limits. The front porch has a porch swing and some seating. The yard provides a beautiful garden with some privacy hedging. There is a grill for your use but I have the utensils (and possibly propane tank) in my apartment and you may need to contact me for that. No parking is allowed in the driveway out back, there is always plenty of free street parking right out front. I live in the downstairs apartment and am available if you have any needs. That being said, I tried to make the space as self sufficient as possible. There are tour books, menus to restaurants, local attraction pamphlets, and maps all included in our welcome book. The apartment is in the small, up-and-coming neighborhood of Bellevue, to the northwest of Pittsburgh. The main street—Lincoln Avenue—is just 2 blocks away, where just about anything can be found. Downtown Pittsburgh is a 10-minute drive. Most guest bring a car because there is FREE street parking. There is never a shortage of spots right out front or on the side. Uber is the second most commonly used transit. In addition, there are a number of public transit lines that get you a number of places, including downtown. We have the local bus line schedule in our welcome book. There are 2 other AirBNB units in the building. One is an efficiency called The Fremont Suite and the other is 1 bedroom apartment called The Bellevue Suite. You will be sharing the free washer and dryer with them and it is located in the common hallway to the apartments. I live on the first floor and the gated area and driveway is private.
