An eco-residence with its own courtyard

Fairres is an Eco Art Residency for musicians and creative professionals, located in the Finnish town of Porvoo. Porvoo is one of the oldest towns in Finland, with a beautiful old town and wonderful nature close by. When the residency is not used by artists it's rented through Airbnb. Forest and trails 50m, swimming (lido) and horse stables 200m, archipelago with small beach 500m, grocery stores 500m, restaurants 1km , town centre 1,5km. We recycle and use only ecological materials. The space The residence consists of a 45m² semi-detached house with its own garden. Fairres uses only nontoxic materials and offers the guests an ecological, inspiring environment. The appartment has an own sauna and the living room sofa turns into a spacious 140cm twin bed. You can log into your netflix/ HBO account on the TV or play board games. The walls are painted with nontoxic, air-purifying clay paint. Guest access You can easily access the residence by car, and the drive from Helsinki takes less than one hour. There are two parking spaces for guests right in front of the residence. The Porvoo Bus Terminal is located 1,5km from the residence. Other things to note We encourage the residence guests to recycle all trash and leave the appartment tidy for the next guest. Pets are not allowed at the residence.
