SUNNY SINGLE ROOM near the PEAK DISTRICT/Sheffield

Unique position of being 5 minutes from Sheffield UNIVERSITY accommodation, the PEAK DISTRICT and surrounding MOORLAND 10 minutes away. The bus link for town (120 and 83a) are regular(10 minutes) We are in a quiet suburb, lovely garden with easily accessible local walks. There are a number of local pubs, cafes restaurants - as well as a number only 10/15 minutes away. No TV. Limited use of kitchen. Microwave/Toaster. Additional cleaning fee £5 every 3 days may be charged The space The single room is small, very clean and bright with tea and coffee facilities. Cupboard and drawer space. Sharing the bathroom and separate toilet. Room not suitable for daytime working. Easy parking. Large garden can be used to sit in in warmer months. Easy access to PEAK DISTRICT and main transport links. Guest access Usually I am here to greet my guests but there is a key safe. Parking can be on the drive as there is plenty of parking on our quiet leafy road. At the bottom of the road are the 120 and 83a bus stops. My guests are usually out all day and there is limited access during the day. Many great walks, often interconnected with woods and parks. There are some good sandwich shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs, micro brewery nearby During your stay We are around should our guests have questions or need information etc - however guest's privacy is observed. Other things to note We are 10 minutes from the PEAK DISTRICT but are within minutes from good bars, micro brewery, restaurants and cafes and only 10 minutes from the City Centre theatres etc
