Unit #1-Tiny Studio with Driveway Parking

Guests can enjoy the privacy of their own private suite with its own private entrance. It also includes its own bathroom, dining space and comfy full size bed. We want our guests to feel at home here! You are not renting the whole house, you are renting a studio that is attached to owner’s home but is for the exclusive use of guests. There is no way to enter owners home through this studio. All that owner shares is the wall that attaches the studio to owner’s home. The space Parking is on a gravel driveway, Only one vehicle on driveway, additional may park on the street. Please note that I do live on the main house but limit my interaction with guests to almost none because i want to respect their privacy. However I am reachable by text or call and will most definitely take care of your needs when needed. The casita is equipped with a smart TV. We offer Netflix as well as ROKU Live TV. Guest access There are 4 total private rentals here, therefore please be mindful on not accidentally trying to open another guests room by paying attention to check in instructions. This is rental #1. Other things to note Approximations are all based on no traffic: AK-Chin Pavilion-4.6 miles approximately 6-minute drive Cardinals Stadium- 7.2 miles approximately 10-minute drive Westgate Entertainment Center-7.1 miles approximately 10-minute drive Sky Harbor Airport- 13.1 miles approximately 17-minute drive Downtown Phoenix, AZ-7.8 miles approximately 16-minute drive Please do not smoke inside the casita, please do so outside, there is plenty of space outside for that :) If studio is left smelly because of the use of Marijuana, there will be a fee.
