Villa Mathildenhöhe with garden in Darmstadt

Haus Martinus is part of the art and cultural history of Mathildenhöhe Darmstadt. It is centrally located and within walking distance of Darmstadt city centre. The space You will be staying in a two bedroom suite on the 1st floor. The shower is on the ground floor. The house is occupied by one person (attic). The ground floor or the garden are occasionally available for events (choirs and seminars). Our kitchen is inspired by the RAW food movement. There is no stove or oven. Fridge, kettle and coffee maker are available. Small hotplate available. There are restaurants nearby. Incl. bed linen, towels & final cleaning. No smoking allowed anywhere within the house. Guest access 1st floor: Two adjoining rooms (bedroom and living room with balcony). An additional bedroom can be provided if required. Shower on the ground floor. Large bathroom on 1st floor (occasionally used by the resident of the house). WC on 1st floor and ground floor.
