I am offering guests the use of my cottage few minutes walk from Berwick town centre and local beaches. Upstairs - Small double bedroom with a light airy adjoining room with twin beds (NO DOOR) There is also a large sitting room with a sofa bed. Downstairs - private use of the shower /toilet, dining room and conservatory. Please note access to the upstairs is via a spiral staircase. Also bedroom area has LOW BEAMS. A permit is supplied to allow Free parking outside the cottage. The space The self service breakfast includes - juice, coffee, tea, fruit, selection of cereals, toast marmalade etc. A water container, an electric kettle, fridge, toaster and microwave are in the upstairs sitting room and there to use at any time. Because of the spiral staircase I wonder if t is suitable for small children but willing to discuss. I have a child gate. Guest access Upstairs guests have access to double bedroom with twin room off, sitting room with sofa bed and Sky TV. (Sport but no Netflix) Downstairs guests have access to bathroom with shower, dining room, conservatory and also access to a large secure private garden if they wish. The way the space for guests is laid out means their space is private. During your stay I am happy to help with any queries or concerns. I would prefer guests to leave at latest 9.30a.m. and return at about 7 p.m. at earliest, but am willing to be flexible. Information on local places of interest is available.. There is a good selection of cafes and restaurants in Berwick. Other things to note I am willing to be flexible about booking times. Dogs are free but have to be carried upstairs. I have secure dry storeage for bikes etc.
