Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis on lake Champlain right off interstate I89 on the Canadian border in a private estate with 6 beach accesses throughout, also a boat ramp for fisherman!! ICE fishing as well, (ask me about an ice fishing shanty rental) Very nice quiet neighborhood, watch the beautiful sunsets at the waterfront next to a nice cozy camp fire on the beach or on the deck grilling food and playing corn-hole, great WIFI connection. Come enjoy your stay. The space enjoy the lake life, fishing, boating kayaking ext.. private dirt road with very very little traffic. Nice big front yard for the kids to play! Huge deck half undercover and half to enjoy a bit of sunshine.
